Jose did a tremendous job moving heavy furniture from the truck into our home, then putting it all together and testing it. Ashley chose very well selecting this guy. Everything was cleaned up, his manners were impeccable. Oh yeah... a former Marine. Full marks!

We needed a new Bed for our river house and did not understand the huge amounts of firmnesses and what they do. We luckily were met by Michael when we entered. He is a Tempur-pedic expert. We Described what we were looking for and he walked us right to the series we bought. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Explained exactly why you feel what you feel when you lay on one. Not pushy. Highly recommend. Our usual experiences when we need assistance is we get someone who just finished training and knows nothing. Our whole experience took about 30 minutes and done. Really pleased.

Visited the store looking for a power lift chair, and let me tell you, Michael delivered. Michael not only listened to what I wanted as far as features, he wasn't pushy, and was able to set me up with the exact chair I was looking for. He also saw and matched a competitor's pricing, making the purchase even more affordable. Very pleased with my experience. Thanks Michael!!!

Cannot recommend Michael enough. We went to 7 furniture stores that day and were definitely hovered over or just ignored all together, but Michael just gets it and was perfectly helpful without being high pressure or clingy. He knows their product well and was so patient with all our questions and measuring, as we were shopping for furniture to fit a difficult space. Will absolutely use him again!

Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a hello. Jeff was very kind and not at all pushy as some sales people are. We looked and disgust and looked and disgust and I finally was able to make my mind up and we ordered the. I'm very excited maybe it'll get here before Christmas thanks again for Jeff Bridges and thanks for James his manager both for fantastic good place to shop!

My late night visit to Ashley was great! I was greeted and offered assistance by four employee's, they didn't rush or pressure me, just said hi and checked on me. I found beautiful items for my new office at a great price. I highly recommend Ashley's

Great people there on the 281 loop! No pressure when trying to look at their products but, very polite and knowledgeable when you are ready to ask questions. The store manager Ryan is very very knowledgeable about the products especially when it comes to the electronics that are in the furniture. He was a pleasure to talk to about the Dreamer collection that we were interested in purchasing and purchased. I always felt that Ryan was very concerned about my wife and I being happy with the product selection as well as enjoying our shopping experience in the store. Our salesman Jeff Bridges was also concerned about my wife and I being happy with the product selection as well as enjoying our shopping experience in the store and was always ready to offer us different options until we were happy with our selections. We came back into the store a few days later to pick up a few more items and their salesman Johnny went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and went the extra mile to make sure that we were able to purchase what we wanted. We will be back again next time we are looking for furniture or accessories. Great selection!!!
